An Unfortunate Disappointment

Definitely not ready for IPad prime time. Installed and reinstalled several times trying just to be able to enter characters off the keyboard but absolutely no activity. Features did not work either. There is also no way to contact Technical a Support other than e-mail. Clearly, these folks lack any semblance of customer centricity.
Do not waste your time until the development team has made a concerted effort to fix the numerous performance issues and institute even a modest amount of phone-based support.
What makes it more upsetting is that I was all ready to subscribe to the premium service as the advanced functions have been well reviewed and recommended. Guess Ill have to take the plunge and go with Marketsmith. Like so much else, if it seems too good to be true, it most definitely is.
